Statistician to Omicron, a part of Sanos Group

We are looking to expand our team by hiring a skilled statistician with expertise in clinical trials and experience working with R and/or SAS.

Your key roles and responsibilities

Your job as statistician will be highly varied and will amongst other responsibilities include the following:

  • Collaborate with Omicron colleagues and sponsors on projects related to clinical development, register-based research, and real-world evidence.
  • Provide statistical input to study protocols, clinical development plans, and scientific manuscripts.
  • Write statistical analysis plans and other necessary documentation.
  • Review and contribute to study reports.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of our quality management system and programming setup.
  • Program in the R programming language, including developing Shiny applications, R markdown documents, and R packages.

 

Travel: Limited travel activity is to be expected. 

Work location: Telefonvej 8D, 2860 Søborg, Danmark.  

 

Are you up for the job?

Desired skills and experience 

  • A master’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of clinical development, epidemiology, and/or register-based research.
  • Proficiency in R and/or SAS programming and experience in its application to clinical trials.
  • Knowledge of the CDISC standard for clinical trials

  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive mindset.
  • You are a responsible person who can work independently and assume accountability of your delegated responsibilities.
  • You prioritize making an effort for the working environment and the positive atmosphere among your colleagues - also in more busy periods.

Introducing Omicron

Omicron is a part of Sanos Group, which is a full circle clinical research and development organization with headquarter in Søborg, near Copenhagen, Denmark. The organization consists of around 200 employees, and is composed of six independent business units, each contributing to the comprehensive clinical research services provided. These units include NBCD, Sanos Clinic, Sanos Supply, Studies&Me, Blueskin, and Omicron.

Omicron is a growing consultancy firm specializing in biostatistics and statistical programming. We are now a team of 10 professionals, based in our office in Søborg close to Copenhagen. Our work spans across clinical development, register-based research, and real-world evidence.
